IMPORTANT STUFF ALL ARTISTS NEED TO READ AND KNOW

100 Pieces 2025 will be held to support a new charity cause this year: A Sense of Home 

  • A non-profit that strives to prevent homelessness by creating first ever homes with support and community for youth aging out of the foster care system

ALL money raised at 100 Pieces goes directly to A Sense of Home through the GoButter auction bidding app

  • All overhead costs are absorbed by the founders of 100 Pieces
  • The event space every year is donated, as are all beverages
  • The event's mission is to raise money and awareness for this cause

This year's event will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at Steelhead Studios

  • All artists will get into the event for free 
  • All family and other guests will be asked for a $10 donation at the door which is for the cause 
  • Only artists are allowed in for free 
  • This is a 21+ only event 

We need all art dropped off to us by the week of November 17, 2025

  • Art Location Drop Off Location: Piece X Piece Gallery 720 Lincoln Blvd, Venice CA 90291
  • Drop-Off Hours: Monday - Friday 10AM to 5PM
  • If you need a weekend drop off you must email us to arrange a good day and time

All art submitted must be original to the submitting artist and done by the artist

  • We do NOT accept misc. art you may have hanging around your home, lying in your storage space, etc.

All art MUST BE gallery ready to hang or display - that means framed, mounted with all necessary hardware

  • We do not pay for hanging materials and we want to insure your art is protected and can be hung or displayed safely and properly for it's best presentation

NO LOOSE ART OR UN-PREPPED ART PIECES WILL BE ACCEPTED


Art submitted can be the following (but not limited to):

  • Painting, photography, ceramics, sculpture, silkscreen, textiles, furniture, etc.

IF YOU ART IS LARGER THAN 5’ x 5’ PLEASE EMAIL US 


All art submissions are a 100% donation to the auction cause that goes to benefit A Sense of Home

  • A Sense of Home is a 501C3 non profit organization, federal tax ID #: 31309

After the event, A Sense of Home will send artists a letter documenting their donation for their taxes

  • This will be coming directly from A Sense of Home - not the 100 Pieces Team
  • Artists should receive this letter by February 2026 via email

If your art did NOT sell at the event, artists will need to pick up the art no later than December 12, 2025

  • Art pickup location: TBD
  • The 100 Pieces Team does NOT deliver or return any art to artists
  • Any art not picked up will be donated to A Sense of Home
