ALL ONLINE SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 1ST, 2019

ART DROP OFF DATE & LOCATION TO BE ANNOUNCED 

All artists must agree to the following criteria for submission: 

  • All art submitted is a 100% donation
  • All hanging art submitted MUST BE framed or mounted in some fashion that allows the art to be hung properly with hardware attached
  • We kindly ask artists for their permission to use their art in press and social posts to promote the event and the cause
  • All LA artists are responsible for dropping off their art to us (drop-off location will be announced soon)
  • Artists who would like to submit their art outside of LA will need to cover the costs for their art to be shipped to us for the event, as well as returned back if not sold
  • Within 3 weeks after the show, all artists whose work has sold will receive the proper tax donation paperwork via email from Safe Place for Youth
  • This year, we're sad to say that not all art will be selected for the event once submitted due to the high volume of past submissions

100% of the proceeds raised at the event go directly to Safe Place for Youth
